What a great choice! I love Moreporks. In fact, one of my favourite books is a 'Little Kiwi' book about a kiwi bird who gets lost in the forest at night and comes across a Morepork who becomes his friend. I have actually heard a number of Morepork calling out at night from the bush behind my house. Have you heard a Morepork call? Do any Moreporks live in your neighbourhood?
