I can completely understand why you would chose Rangitoto. It is such a cool place to visit! In fact, I had the chance to visit Rangitoto about a year ago as part of a race that I had entered. My friend, Carolyn, and I had to run across both Rangitoto and Motutapu (the island beside Rangitoto). It was a lot of fun (and also a lot of hard work)!
